Alessandra's cooking school: cooking classes in Bad Breisig

I am Alessandra and I believe that the best dishes are made where you work with your own hands, feel fresh ingredients and cook with passion. That's exactly what you'll experience in my cooking school.
Here you form the dough yourself, stir the sauce, smell the aromas and in the end you sit together at the table and enjoy what you have created yourself. That is my passion and I am happy to share it with you.

My cooking school:
My cooking school is centrally located in Bad Breisig, right on the beautiful Rhine promenade. Easily accessible from Koblenz, Andernach, Neuwied, Bonn and the surrounding area. The kitchen is modernly equipped and can accommodate up to 10 people, big enough to cook together, but small enough for a personal atmosphere.

My courses:
From homemade pasta to antipasti, veggie and street food to a 3-course menu, I will cook with fresh ingredients and learn recipes that you can imitate at home. All welcome drinks and prosecco are included. Each course is an experience, not just a cooking class. Team events & private events. Whether it's a corporate event, a birthday party or a friendly evening, I will put together an individual program that is perfect for your occasion. Cooking together welds people together and makes for an experience that will be talked about for a long time.
