Class description

The healthier the intestines, the healthier the person. The intestinal flora is significantly influenced by diet. Too much sugar, salt and much more damages the intestines. Fed up with this, fiber-rich foods with prebiotic effects should be consumed, among other things.

See for yourself at one of my workshops that healthy food can taste delicious! I combine my skills as an experienced chef with my nutritional knowledge to create great and healthy dishes.

We start with an exciting presentation about the links between disease-causing food and a healthy diet. Together in small groups of up to 12 people, we prepare various vegan dishes. The cooked menu is then eaten in good company.

Together with like-minded people, friends, colleagues or family. But definitely with lots of fun and exciting dishes.

Unfortunately, healthy food does not have a good reputation and is often actually not very attractive. It is important to me to show that eating healthily doesn't mean giving up pleasure and making you happy.
