Traditional Challa bread is amazing soft bread which fit to every dish and sandwich. come and learn together how to make Challa, Rogallach and Kranz cake- all in the same basic idea of right kneading, proving and baking with yeast.

However, it's recommended to bring an apron, unless flour dust is your thing.

What you’ll do in the class
During this workshop we will focus on yeast and gluten developing in the dough. how to transfer this work and knowledge in to your home baking routing.
some doughs will be made hands on, some will wait for you - it will allow us to learn how to work with different doughs. when will we choose to cool it down or to let it grow.
during the workshop, we will focus on gluten chain and how to work right to continue and develop it during the procedure to maximize our final shape.
