The whiskey seminar in Dortmund takes place at VIENNA HOUSE EASY by Wyndham. Sommelier, Ute Albers, awaits you here, who at the beginning introduces you to the sensory diversity of whiskey and teaches you how to taste the whiskey in such a way that you get to know its subtleties and style. We will introduce you to the different whiskey flavors and their distinguishing features. Over the course of the evening, you will taste and compare 10 very different types of whiskey. In addition to the exciting story, you will learn about the various whiskey regions and their production characteristics, so that you can identify the whiskey based on its taste alone. At the whiskey seminar, we focus in part on your interests and questions about whiskey.
We change our tasting whiskey every quarter.
How does this activity work?
We start with a short historical excursion, including tasting the first whiskey.
There is a short break of approx. 10 minutes at the stop
In between, there is always an opportunity to ask your questions.
After about 3 hours, we will conclude the seminar after the 10th whiskey
