During our wine tasting, we will present you with a carefully selected selection of wines from different regions and clearly defined locations. The wines are curated with great dedication and show you their unique aromas and flavors.
Five suitable types of organic cheese await you. From mild and creamy to strong and spicy, you will discover many flavors. We'll show you which cheese goes well with which wine and how to find your own harmonious combinations.

What is included in the class?
- Wine tasting with five wines directly from the winemaker and five types of organic cheese
- Afterwards, you will receive an overview of the tasted delicacies.
- Each cheese comes with bread and water to neutralize.

What you’ll do in the class
- After the welcome with an aperitif, you will receive an introduction to the world of German and international wine and an introduction to the various types of cheese.
- We will then start tasting five selected wines from different growing regions. You will also be served five different types of cheese.
- We provide background information and explanations about the production of each of the wines and cheeses.
