How does this experience take place?
- We meet at the pre-announced meeting point in and around Salzburg (e.g. Salzburger Stadtberge, in Morzg, Anif, Wals, Kleßheim)
- First, I'll give you an introduction to the basics of forest bathing.
- With a joint ritual, we consciously enter the forest and focus our attention on nature.
- I will guide you through breathing exercises that help you to calm down.
- During guided meditations, I draw your attention to the moment and your environment.
- With various sensory exercises, I invite you to become more aware of the sounds, smells and structures of the forest.
- In between, there is time for exchange within your group.
- I adapt the exercises to your group and the respective situation in the forest.
- The exact process may vary depending on the group, weather and environment.
- In case of unsuitable weather or storms, we will arrange a new appointment.
