What you’ll do in the class
- Day 1: Introduction to portrait painting, key theory and live demo by Peter Najad Kasim
- Initial drawing and block-in of the head from a live model
- Guided painting session with individual feedback
- Day 2: Develop the portrait further with focus on form, light, structure and skin tones
- Practice advanced brushwork and paint application
- Finalize the painting with personal guidance
