About this class
Every successful team needs a shared vision. But instead of just talking about it, we make them visible.
In this interactive team vision workshop, we combine facilitation, team development and creativity. Together, you reflect on your collaboration and develop a team vision, which is then visible as a joint work of art on a canvas. This not only creates a creative experience, but also a lasting symbol of your values, goals and team culture.
The workshop consists of two modules that build on each other.
The first part focuses on the conversation. Using interactive methods and targeted questions of reflection, we work together to develop the basis for the later work of art. Depending on the company's goals, various topics can be addressed, such as team vision, values, collaboration, communication, trust, strengths, change processes or joint future goals. Step by step, we collect ideas and perspectives from all team members and translate them into colors, symbols and metaphors. The aim is to develop a common image that everyone can identify with.
In the second part, we creatively implement this vision. Together, we create a unique work of art using acrylic paints on canvas. I will guide you step by step through the entire painting process, explain simple techniques and support each person individually. No previous experience is required.
Numerous sample images, motifs, color concepts and creative templates are available for inspiration. We are also happy to develop an individual concept that suits your company. Corporate colors, logos or elements of your corporate identity can be integrated into the work of art if you wish.
