During New Year's Eve meditation with champagne in Thedinghausen, you can take time for yourself. A very special break on the last day of the year.
In a cozy group of max. 16 people, you can round off the old year in peace and create a sparkling end to 2024 for yourself.

How does this activity work?
You can just come as you are. Comfortable clothing is recommended, such as a small pillow and blanket.
Plenty of mats and cushions are available.
We meditate while sitting and lying down and design the afternoon based on reflection questions that you can answer for yourself.
There is also a small year-end new beginning story waiting for you, where you can relax.
Speaking of relaxing: on such a special occasion, we can pop the corks together. Either with a glass of champagne or a non-alcoholic fruit secco. There are also a few delicious snacks.
