Who doesn't know them — those days or phases when everything is too much for us.

These times when the “too much” gets out of hand: too much, too loud, too fast, too stressful, too...

These phases are normal but become dangerous when they become permanent. And you can be aware that burnout does NOT happen overnight.

On this evening, you will learn something about the different, creeping phases of being overwhelmed and burnout.

Only when you know what is happening and when is it possible to make a conscious decision to protect and differentiate yourself.

In addition to all sorts of information, you will take home initial solution ideas.

The information evening is a presentation evening, which is supported by illustrative images.

Listeners are welcome to get involved, ask questions or talk about themselves.

The presentation is aimed at all people who would like to learn a bit more about overwork and burnout and also about possible solutions.

Affected people, friends or relatives of those affected are of course also welcome.
