What you’ll do in the class
- Starting with the story of Vicky and Tjalf and about the DMI Distillery & Manufactur and their artisanal gin production
- A journey through the history of gin and the development of SEAL GIN
- The most important botanicals & tonic variants are clearly explained
- The truth of the different varieties (London Dry, Premium, Old Tom...)
- Tasting of four different SEAL GIN (each pure, on ice and with a dash of tonic) and finally a delicious SEAL GIN tonic as a long drink 😃
- Optionally, you can prove your knowledge in a quiz and win a 5cl gin
