How does this experience take place?
- Welcoming participants and introduction to the topic of schnapps distilling
- Explanation of distillate production: from raw materials to glass
- Harvesting raw materials (e.g. apples, berries, herbs)
- Make mash and learn sensors
- Distilling on mini distilleries (2 liters) with berries, herbs or citrus fruits (depending on the season)
- Determination of pre-, medium- and post-flow during distillation
- Adjust the drinking strength and bottling your own distillate
- Tasting of the finished schnapps and quality tips
- Award of the Schwarzbrenner diploma
- Rustic lunch and drinks included
