About this class
Make your own chocolates, with the right instructions, it's a great experience that every chocolates fan must have at least once. With us, you will conjure up little wonders out of chocolate that are also heavenly filled. Together, we make four different types of chocolates, which you can then taste and take home
Chocolate workshop in Münster - What are you learning?
In this 4-hour course, we'll show you:
- The tempering of chocolate
- The pouring of 2 different shaped chocolates
- The production of various ganache fillings
- The production of a praline dressed on the finest marzipan
- How to make truffle chocolates using hollow chocolate balls filled with homemade salt caramel filling
All the recipes you need will then be sent to you by email.
