What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome: Introduction to the art of colored pasta doughs over a creative aperitif. Francesco explains the importance of colors in Italian cuisine.
- Practical demonstration: Preparation of colored doughs and techniques for bicolor ravioli and pop art cappellacci.
- Hands-on: With guidance, you will create your own pasta creations such as three-color cavatelli and artistic tortelli.
- Tasting: Enjoy your colorful creations with sauces that bring out the colors.
- Conclusion: Tips for color combinations and handing over a certificate of participation.
