With our team of chefs, you have the chance to get to know the most diverse culinary worlds in our seminar kitchen in Cologne.
Who is the pasta cooking class suitable for?
With your group of 8 to 12 people (smaller groups are also possible), you will learn new dishes with professional guidance over a course of 4 hours, cook them and most importantly: try them!
What is included in the pasta cooking class?
For our cooking class, we offer the following menu:
Home-made pasta
- Bruschetta with tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil & fleur de sel
- Pasta made with a traditional recipe
- Pesto alla pasta queen
- Ricotta spinach filling
- Spaghetti al lime
- Quick meat ragout
- Barbados cream dessert with fruit
When the weather is good, our large terrace and beautiful garden can also be used for your event.
