With meal prep and batch cooking, you prepare meals cleverly, save time and bring more structure to your everyday life. This allows you to plan several days in advance and yet eat flexibly and variously.
Together, we cook dishes that are easy to prepare and store — ideal for work, family or on the go. The focus is on simple processes, practical tips and routines suitable for everyday use.
The workshop is vegetarian/vegan and shows you how easy a healthy diet can be in everyday life.
