In our fast-paced everyday life, we often forget to take care of ourselves and consciously treat ourselves to moments of peace and mindfulness. This workshop gives you the opportunity to pause, relax and find more about yourself again.
The workshop focuses on free, intuitive painting, which allows you to express yourself creatively without following fixed guidelines. It is not about perfection, but about experiencing painting as a process and bringing your feelings and thoughts onto the canvas.
The creative process is accompanied by guided meditations, which help you achieve a state of inner peace and clarity. Meditations help you clear your mind, sharpen your senses and focus entirely on the present moment. By using essential oils, which are specifically selected for relaxation and mindfulness, the senses are further stimulated and reinforce the experience on all levels.
Regardless of whether you have previous painting experience or not — this workshop is about letting go, freeing yourself from inner blockages and surrendering yourself completely to the moment. Treat yourself to this valuable break to calm your mind and regain your inner balance.

How does this activity work?
We start the workshop with a guided meditation that helps you to get right to the moment and listen mindfully to yourself. In doing so, you can explore whether there is something that you would like to express in this creative space. You will then have the opportunity to try out the painting process freely and intuitively. There are various materials available to you — whether sponge, spatula, brush or even your fingers (preferably with disposable gloves) — you follow your spontaneous impulse completely.
Finally, we will bring you back into your inner balance with another meditation in order to integrate what you have experienced and return to everyday life with a sense of peace and centeredness. The experience is supported by the use of essential oils — such as lavender for deep relaxation — so that body, mind and soul can benefit equally.
Who should definitely take part?
The course is suitable for everyone, regardless of previous painting or meditation experience. All you need to bring along is an open attitude and a willingness to get involved in the creative process. It's not about technical skills or perfection, but about enjoying the moment and following your intuition.
