How does this activity work?
- Meeting point: In the Genussatelier, 2361 Laxenburg, Schlossplatz 12/6b at 9:30 a.m.
- Welcome drink: Let yourself be greeted with a refreshing (ice) tea at the beginning.
- Things to know at the start: Information about important rules, both the visitor regulations for the castle park and the proper handling of wild herbs.
- Inclusive material: Each guest receives a clipboard with a detailed information folder about plants that we will discover.
- Interactive collection: We explore the best collection points together, depending on the season, and get to know the plants in their natural environment.
- Workshop: After collecting, we process the herbs together.

- Lunch break: The time between 14:00 and 15:30 is free and can be used for a leisurely lunch/coffee alone or with other course participants.

- News about walking: Together we explore the best collection points, depending on the season, and get to know the plants in their natural environment. Partially repeated from the morning, but in other places in the park so that the plants can also be safely identified in another environment.
- Conclusion: A feedback round, information about future appointments and the opportunity to take home the homemade herbal products.
Who should definitely take part?
For newcomers as well as for advanced herbal experts. I always check the status of the participants at the beginning and then arrange the day in such a way that no one feels underwhelmed or overwhelmed. So far, this has always been a perfect result. A thirst for knowledge and curiosity are the best prerequisites.

- Please do not pick or taste plants that cannot be safely identified and classified as non-toxic.

- Sufficient time to get there (note the short-term parking zone in the town center)
