About this class
We will take a short walk through Laxenburg Castle Park and admire the many different herbs that can be found along the way. In addition, all participants receive compact information, which is provided in the form of a script.

Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. Please also think of sunscreen, mosquito repellent, tick repellent and a drink for the journey.

What you’ll do in the class
The meeting point is in my gourmet studio on Schlossplatz in Laxenburg.
Before we head to the park together, there is a welcome drink and general information about plant protection.
Clipboards are given out so that each participant can take individual notes.
Then we'll go to the park together and explore the diversity of nature along the way.
We discuss what to look for when collecting and processing the various wild plants.
We then head back together to the gourmet studio, where a soft drink is waiting and other products can be tasted.
There is a folder and a certificate of participation for the information collected.

The course is suitable for all people who are interested in nature and its treasures.
Please note that we walk through the park for about 1.5 hours.
