What you’ll do in the class
- We start at 9:30 with a soft drink and a glimpse of the workshop in the gourmet studio.
- We then go to the castle park together and explore the plants in the area together.
- It talks about the ingredients, effects and uses of 3 selected herbs.
- There is also a script and recipes for the 2 products that are produced during the workshop.
- At around 14:00 we return to the gourmet studio and should have produced 2 herbal products and a lot of knowledge about the treasures of nature has been passed on on our doorstep.
- If the weather is bad, we will return to the gourmet studio earlier and process the collected wild plants here.
- The workshop takes place in all weathers.
