In this unique cooking class at Freybrücke in Berlin, you'll learn about the exciting history of California and Mexico while preparing classic street food dishes yourself. From juicy beef & chicken soft tacos to creamy guacamole and crispy cheese quesadillas — every foodie gets their money's worth here. A welcome drink such as beer, wine or sparkling wine rounds off the experience perfectly.
The course always takes place from 5 pm to 9 pm. 6-30 people are possible.
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with a drink of your choice (beer, wine or sparkling wine)
- Introduction to the history of California and Mexico
- Preparation of beef & chicken soft tacos
- Making guacamole and pico de gallo salsa
- Creating cheese quesadillas and fajitas
- Learn burrito wrapping technique
