What is Jesmonite?
Jesmonite is a casting material consisting of a non-toxic acrylic resin and a mineral mixture. It is safe and easy to use and contains no harmful chemicals. It is strong, lightweight, fire resistant and water-based. You can seal it and it is even waterproof. We will also do this together in our workshop.
The powder and liquid as base material are mixed and poured into molds. This creates hardened decorative objects within a few minutes that you can take home straight away. If you have anything else to do afterwards, you can also store them with me and pick them up later.
Together, we cast several decorative objects (decorative bowls, coasters, etc.) from the new and great innovative material Jesmonite.
Jesmonite has become trendy material in recent years. It is an environmentally friendly and water-based material and is perfect for casting.

What you’ll do in the class
You arrive comfortably, then grab your apron and something to drink. Then you will receive a short tutorial from us and you can get started and choose your favorite shapes from over 80 shapes:)
