What you’ll do in the class

  • Greet course participants with a BBQ greeting from the grill kitchen
  • Interesting facts about meat and side dishes
  • Explanation and preparation of the menu and all work steps
  • Preparation of the various menu items by the participants under the guidance of the grill masters
  • Joint tasting of all 5-6 courses of the grill menu
  • In between and after: time for questions to the barbecue experts
  • Each participant will then receive the SANTOS BBQ apron and the recipe booklet for regrilling at home
