The basic grilling course combines theoretical principles with practical delights and is ideal for all barbecue enthusiasts who are thinking about buying a gas grill or have just recently started gas grilling. You will learn BBQ know-how, how to use grills and accessories correctly, grill zones, thermals, temperature, direct and indirect grilling and how to prepare a delicious 5 to 6-course grill menu.

- Explanation and preparation of the menu and all work steps
- Preparation of the various menu items by the participants under the guidance of the grill masters
- Joint tasting of all 5-6 courses of the grill menu
- In between and after: time for questions to the barbecue experts
