About this class
Welcome to Bebberb
In the independent pottery workshop, you design your own pottery. We work with earthenware, a clay for utility ceramics, sculptures and decorative objects. There is white clay and clay with spots. The course takes place regularly so that you can take time for your project. Perhaps you would like to make a complete pottery service or design a sculpture over several appointments.
The course is particularly suitable for anyone who wants to make pottery regularly, implement a specific project or revive an old passion. I am here to answer any questions you may have and will be happy to assist you. When new participants join, they first receive a detailed introduction.
Depending on the project, please book an add-on. If you want to continue working on works you have started, you can also book without an add-on.

Clay usually comes out of clothing, but some pigments don't.

What you’ll do in the class
- You use tools, templates and forms freely on site.
- You paint and glaze your workpieces with glazes, engobes, paint bodies and other painting media.
- If necessary, your works will remain on site as long as you continue working on them.
- After about two weeks, the pieces are dry enough for the first burn.
- Depending on your planning, you will continue working on works you have begun for one to four weeks.
- The glaze firing takes place once a week.
- I will explain the exact procedure to you at the first appointment.
