About this class
At the drawing course for young people, you will learn the basic drawing techniques with which you can draw sketches or successful pictures.
We work our way from sensing the edge line to sensing
negative space to targeting objects. Perceiving light and shadow is very important for a successful self-portrait, which you will draw of yourself at the end of the course.
My drawing course provides an ideal basis for the portfolio as well as for the entrance exam at the HTL Ortwein Art and Design in Graz.

What you’ll do in the class
We learn 1-2 drawing techniques per day. I'll explain the most important things in advance, for example what you should pay attention to. Then it's your turn to try it out for yourself.
At the end, there is a short discussion after each technique.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is suitable for young people aged 13 and over who want to transfer to HTL-Ortwein Art & Design in Graz. Or, if you simply want to be able to draw much better, then this drawing course is just the right thing for you.
