About this class
For many years, the WeinWohnzimmer has been the epitome of selected French wines from small wineries. During local wine tastings in an unusual atmosphere, you can learn a lot of wine knowledge. Accompanied by a short quiz, it is an enjoyable but also entertaining evening. In addition to exclusive wines from innovative winemakers, you will also discover culinary delights made from fine French ingredients. You will learn a lot about wine, France's growing regions and grape varieties and can exchange ideas with like-minded people.
What is the process?
Just before Christmas, it can only be the crème de la crème - this evening we taste top drops from different regions together, from elegant Bordeaux to the top cuvée in Roussillon or the famous Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
You will learn a lot about the grape varieties, French viticulture and its hierarchy, sensors and viticulture techniques, etc. We will also serve French delicacies from our unique Provençal delicatessen market with each of the 6 selected drops.
What you’ll do in the class
In a relaxed atmosphere, there are not only 6 wines to discover, but also a number of delicacies. In addition to our delicatessen market, we will spoil you with freshly prepared catering. The wines are tasted and discussed in peace and quiet and you enjoy an informative, entertaining and cool evening.
