This purely practical workshop in Berlin is about the correct grinding, portioning and tamping — you will also use our frothing technique to create a wonderfully fine-pored and creamy milk foam.

How does this experience take place?
In this class, you'll have plenty of time to practice on an espresso machine and espresso grinder. We'll show you all the steps and answer your questions beforehand.
The dreaded “grind” will soon leave you cold because you can adjust it yourself.
After all, you also master the steam plant and use it to foam up velvety milk foam.
Finally, enjoy your own cappuccino and discuss how to care for the portafilter machine with us.
