In our experience, the art of letting milk foam flow nicely into the cup requires a lot of practice. That's why you have plenty of time for your own experiments.
We are tackling the following topics together:
- Selection of the necessary equipment (cups, milk jug, steam nozzle, etc.)
- Selection of milk
- Use the drawing and rolling phase correctly when foaming
- Safety in the production of fine-pored, velvety milk foam
- Correctly estimate or measure the temperature of the frothed milk
- Freehand casting technology for simple motifs such as hearts and flowers
