At the Latte Art Beginner Seminar, we show a small group how to achieve the perfect milk foam for hands-free cast latte art.
We will teach you how to make a cappuccino with milk foam decoration using professional equipment, high-quality coffee beans and delicious milk.
We will familiarise you with how to operate the portafilter machine and the necessary equipment and discuss the selection of cups, milk froth jugs and, of course, the right milk.
We will also show you numerous tricks and tricks that lead to rapid success when pouring latte art.

What you’ll do in the class
In our experience, the art of letting milk foam flow nicely into the cup requires a lot of practice. That's why you have plenty of time for your own experiments.
We are tackling the following topics together:
- Selection of necessary equipment (cups, milk jug, steam nozzle, etc.)
- Selection of milk
- Use the drawing and rolling phase correctly when frothing - Safety when producing fine-pored, velvety, shiny milk foam
- Correctly estimate and measure the temperature of the frothed milk
- Freehand casting technology for simple motifs such as heart and flower

This course is for anyone who wants to finally unravel the barista secrets of latte art. No previous knowledge or previous experience is required.
