What you’ll do in the class
- A warm welcome at the Coffee Lab with a first professional drink
- Brief introduction to the world of specialty coffees
- Implementation of the selected module (option A or option B):
- Option A: Espresso & milk foam — focus on grinding, tampering and perfect extraction on the portafilter.
- Option B: Latte art for beginners — focus on casting techniques and creating hearts and flowers.
- Intensive practical phase in which each participant does their own work
- Joint tasting of results and exchange within the team
- Final round with tips for office equipment and answers to your questions
Who is the class suitable for?
This event is specifically designed for teams, departments, and small companies looking for an interactive community experience. Due to the group size of 5 to 12 people, the workshop is ideal for close exchange and individual learning. No previous experience is required, as our baristas pick up every participant from where they are.
