About this class
Do you not only want to eat or give away sweet things, but also want to learn more about them and thus take an insight into the confectionary trade? Then come to one of my baking classes in Cologne and make your own chocolates!

What you’ll do in the class
At the beginning, there is a welcome drink, then we discuss the recipes in a small group and start making them. Four types are produced, so we work in small groups, but this is always comprehensive so that you can get involved with everything. In doing so, we answer many questions about the quality of the products, the handling of tools, processing temperatures and much more. Of course, this should take place in a cozy atmosphere. We can provide mulled wine or other hot drinks on request! At the end, everyone fills their own advent calendar to take away.
