What is an improv class?
An improv class lives in the moment: there is no script and there are no fixed roles. You develop spontaneous scenes on the spot together with the other participants. Through targeted exercises you learn to react flexibly to impulses, accept other people's ideas and unfold your own creativity.
Who is an improv class for?
The class suits adults who want to learn improvisation, teams that want better communication, beginners in acting and theater fans who want to try something new. It is also a fit if you want more lightness in everyday life. You need no prior experience: the workshops are designed so that everyone can start right away.
Planning an improv class as a team event
An improv workshop brings variety into a routine of meetings and deadlines. Participants learn to listen to each other, react spontaneously and support one another. That breaks down barriers and hierarchies and strengthens team spirit. Some providers, such as Impro Köln, also come to your location on request.
