Hi, I'm Tine — founder of WILDESGRÜN and a passionate herbal expert. Since 2016, I have been sharing my knowledge about wild and medicinal plants, inspiring a sustainable lifestyle and showing how versatile and delicious our local wild plants can be. Bringing a basket full of wild plants home and cooking with them is and remains simply fabulous! Even as a child, the garden was a place full of wonders for me. My enthusiasm for plants grew over the years, initially as a hobby, later as a passion. Memories of childhood — linden blossom tea, ribwort for bee stings or dandelions for lettuce and hares — finally led me back to nature completely “infected” during my first herbal tour. Especially to edible wild plants and even closer to medicinal herbs. After many years in the corporate world, where I gained insights into topics such as mass production and consumption of meat as a project manager and management assistant, my desire for a meaningful, sustainable vocation grew. In 2016, I finally founded WILDESGRÜN to share my love of nature, wild herbs and making things myself with others. A great team has been supporting me since 2019!
