Vivamos Alpaca

We are the team at Vivamos Alpaca — a heartfelt project that was born out of deep love for animals, nature and thoughtful encounters. What began as a personal fascination for the gentle appearance of alpacas quickly became a life's task: to create a place where humans and animals meet on equal footing — and something very special happens in the process.

Our mission is to give you a conscious break from everyday life. With us, you can slow down, recharge your batteries and simply get back to yourself — accompanied by our wonderful alpacas, who, with their calm nature, embody exactly what we often lack: serenity, clarity and a life in the moment.

“Vivamos” — that means “let's live” in Spanish. And that is exactly what we want to share with you: life in its most original, beautiful form — close to nature, mindful and full of genuine encounters.

Our location is idyllically located in the countryside in Waltrop — surrounded by meadows, trees and lots of peace and quiet. Here, our alpacas live in a species-appropriate manner on extensive pastures, nestled in an environment that invites you to pause and be amazed.

The old farmhouse is lovingly designed, with a mix of rural charm and cozy ambiance. A covered terrace, a small event room for workshops and creative offerings, and outdoor seating await you.

Our location in Waltrop offers space for groups of up to 25 people — perfect for personal, relaxing events. We can also welcome larger groups for outdoor events.

Our courses are not classic guided tours — they are experiences for all senses. Whether it's a meditative alpaca walk, a mindfulness workshop or a creative afternoon with animal accompaniment: We create spaces that create real connection — with yourself, with nature and with our animals.
