Behind The TEXTILE BUFFET are Tina Steinke from Kleiderordnung Berlin and Aurélie Moigno from Madame Unikat. We share the joy of rediscovering existing materials and giving them a new context.

For The TEXTILE BUFFET, we collect and curate rediscovered vintage and second-hand materials, forgotten treasures and unusual finds — from fabrics, ribbons and lace to buttons and pearls to decorative elements and objects whose original function no longer has to play a role.

The result is a lavishly decorated buffet of materials that invites you to discover, combine and try out. There is no predefined result: You can come up with your own idea or be inspired by the materials and our prepared design ideas. We will guide you through the implementation.

Our editions take place at different locations and in cooperation with different partners. The current edition is hosted by Lilli Mendelssohn in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

The TEXTILE BUFFET is also suitable as an individual format for private groups, teams and special events.
