My name is Marika and yoga came into my life more than 15 years ago and since then it has become a passion that has become my vocation.

It is important to me that yoga is understood as a holistic concept of life. A way in which to arrive to let go and let go to arrive is possible.

I am the owner of a small and fine studio in which small groups find space. 8 mats can easily be placed. My online studio, on the other hand, offers more space and, of course, your very private space of well-being.

In my lessons, you benefit from a relaxed and alert presence and my individual work. I also like working with Handpan and other orchestras. Relaxation is the cradle of my voice.
