About me
Hi, I'm Karina, founder of Precious Agents.
I have been working with selected European caviar producers, restaurants and partners from the upscale hotel industry for several years. I've noticed that many people find caviar fascinating, but rarely have the opportunity to really get to know it.
This is exactly where the idea for the Caviar Masterclass came about.
For me, it's not just about tasting caviar, but about telling its story. Together, we discover different types of sturgeon, production methods, quality features and the art of pairing. I would like to show that caviar is much more than a luxury product; it stands for history, craftsmanship, tradition and exceptional moments of pleasure.
The location
The masterclasses take place in carefully selected locations in Berlin, which create an elegant and personal atmosphere. Small groups enable intensive exchange, individual questions and a relaxed tasting experience.
Classes & events
The focus is on “The World of Caviar — Masterclass.”
Guests taste several types of premium caviar from Europe and learn interesting facts about origin, sturgeon species, maturation, sustainability and professional tasting techniques. Champagne, selected pairings and non-alcoholic alternatives are also served.
The masterclass combines in-depth knowledge with a stylish culinary experience and is aimed at both curious beginners and foodies.
