Our idea of good wine is based, on the one hand, on the idea of organic management of vineyards. Only through sustainable cultivation of the vineyards, with respect for natural conditions, can we preserve the soil cultivated by generations before us. All in all, however, the joy of working with the individual ingredients of the wine should never be lost.
