What you can expect from our online organic grape juice and wine tasting
Organic grapes are harvested, as a winemaker I make unfermented grape juice or just fermented wine from them. In my sample, you can now try just this, including the same vineyard, but non-alcoholic Riesling juice or fermented Riesling wine.
We taste together:
- Sparkling Riesling Juice “Sparkling Elise”
- Riesling dry wine
- Silvaner juice (old vines)
- Silvaner wine classic
- Dornfelder juice
- Dornfelder dry wine
- Verjus - juice from unripe grapes. Don't you know? Then it is time!
There can be 2-3 participants per package. Should a variety run out, we will replace it with an equivalent pair.
Taste and enjoy this explosion of flavours of pure grape juices in combination with their fermented wine siblings.
I am looking forward to all questions about winemaking, the production of juices & wines, but also about the theory and practice of organic viticulture.
