My name is Mira. I am 45 years old and married. We have 3 children together.
Accident led me and my son to a forest playgroup almost 20 years ago. The time there fascinated me so much that I felt the desire to bring the forest and nature closer or back to children and adults. I set off and signed up for the certificate course in forest education at HessenForst. Since I have always been fascinated by local medicinal herbs and plants, I completed further training as a “medicinal plant teacher” in 2015 and rounded off the whole of 2016 with the advanced course to become a “natural and wild plant teacher.” In 2023 I could complete my favorite topic “herbs” with the “herbal woman” certificate. I rounded off the whole thing with the Forest Bathing Trainer Certificate (Mindfulness in the Forest).
In June 2015 I started my first own forest group and am now living my dream and I am very grateful for that!!!
