What you’ll do in the class
- We'll meet at Dorotheenhof
- After a greeting and an introduction, we go into the forest
- Along the way, there will be meditation, tasks for our senses
- When we arrive at our WaldPlatz and have refreshed ourselves with a snack, we let our mind wander in the hammock
- There is a collection order for the way back and we will make something creative out of it at Dorotheenhof
