MY WAY

I had no connection to myself for years. I was always overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, unhappy and couldn't set limits. This can be painful, whether in a sexual, friendly or professional context. I had problems opening up to other people and didn't want to share my weaknesses and fears because the shame and self-doubt were too great. So I started traveling alone, studying my inner child and beliefs, attending Vipassana retreats and numerous workshops on femininity, reflection, meditation, and communication. In the end, I was really just looking for the feeling of connection and to be accepted as I am. As a result, I discovered the transformative power that every person has within themselves and my purpose to bring consciousness into the world. I help people connect body, mind and spirit and discover their inner wisdom in order to develop their full potential and heal our nervous system.

I am originally an art director in an agency and can easily understand how difficult it can be to integrate mindfulness exercises into a stressful everyday life. Training as a mindfulness trainer forms the basis for my coaching, events and courses.
