Miam Munich offers baking and cooking workshops in Munich: from sourdough bread to viennoiserie, pizza and burgers to food & wine pairings with wines from the family winery in Touraine.

After 10 years in the IT industry, Romain has turned his passion for baking and healthy, responsible nutrition into his career.

The courses take place at several locations in Munich (including Anderswo, GUBE20, Munich Cooking) and are deliberately kept small so that everyone really gets involved.

If you wish, Romain will also come to you — privately, in the office or in another kitchen. In addition to open courses, private and team events are also possible, in German or English, depending on the group.
