The course was a birthday present for an absolute licorice lover. It was a very nice evening with a very friendly course leader. We tried many different variations that we would probably never have tested, such as salad with licorice or vanilla pudding with licorice salt.

As a liquorice fan, I came from Frankfurt for the tasting. It was a great evening in a lovely atmosphere, with nice other guests and a great host. The liquorice variants and combinations were wonderfully presented as a menu and I experienced new tastes.
