Upcycling challenge in the workshop

We are a learning collective, an open workshop in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg. We screw, disassemble and build: with real tools, real materials and things that others have thrown away. Old equipment becomes new machines, scrap becomes something that works.

For company teams, this is an upcycling challenge: small teams get identical scrap boxes and a task, at the end each team pitches their plant and the winning invention goes into the office. No craft kitsch and no trust seminar, but three hours of improvising together — with a result that you can touch.

What you'll find here: a real workshop instead of a seminar room, workbenches, tools and materials for everything you can think of, and a sustainability story that you can also tell internally. No one needs any experience in craftsmanship — we show every tool, and experience has shown that the most surprising designs come from people who have never built anything before.

8-16 people are in good hands with us, we can make larger groups with the complete setup at your site. Materials, tools, support and coffee are always there. On request, we can adapt the task to you — a motto from your industry or a sustainability issue that is currently on your mind.
