The event is beautifully designed. You get background information about Polish cuisine. Everything is explained in a very understandable way and the atmosphere was very nice. We can only recommend it!

Minimal basic knowledge was imparted. We could have used a bit more theory and would have liked to get started with the topic of fermentation. The atmosphere was relaxed and relaxed. The group size was ideal.

Get to know eightfingerfood

On a humid and happy evening, we decided to start a blog with our recipes. I then started working and was hoping for the seven others. Well, unfortunately I stuck with the idea and continued my food blog, eightfingerfood - i.e. eight friends who are enthusiastic about food - alone.

Then life came and I decided to do something with food. The blog still existed and so I decided to use eightfingerfood as a brand name for my products. It doesn't really have much to do with Eastern European cuisine, but the name is always a conversation starter.
