eightfingerfood
Eightfinger food, what is that supposed to be? I am often asked this question and the story goes like this: Once upon a time, many, many years ago, there were eight friends who were all vegan, vegetarian and culinary enthusiasts.
Minimal basic knowledge was imparted. We could have used a bit more theory and would have liked to get started with the topic of fermentation. The atmosphere was relaxed and relaxed. The group size was ideal.
