Who are we
José Luis — “the little Spaniard” from a quaint village near Toledo (south of Madrid).
He is a trained chef and sommelier and amazes with his sense for food. Our guests are regularly impressed by his wine recommendations and are happy to get advice from him when it comes to a good drop of sun from Spain.
In our kitchen, he alternately conjures up his delicious tapas every week.
Nicole — “the German” in the team, comes from near Karlsruhe.
As a trained restaurant specialist, she has worked in the catering industry for 28 years now and always puts her heart and soul into it.
As a guest, you feel well cared for and understood when she is around. It creates the homely atmosphere in our restaurant. She too is perfectly familiar with foods and suitable wines, so you can blindly trust her.
