Make your own upcycled jewelry

I'm Caroline, jewellery designer and silversmith behind WARA DESIGNS, a handmade jewellery brand based in Berlin. I've been working with metal for 15 years. 

I started running workshops because I wanted to offer something where results feel satisfying from the very first session. No prior experience, no artistic background needed. Just a few hours away from everyday life, making something real with your hands.

The material has a story too. The leather comes from old Berlin armchairs and sofas, collected and given a second life. Every piece you make carries that with it.
 

LOCATION

I run sessions across several Berlin neighbourhoods so there's always an option close to you. Each venue is relaxed and welcoming.

Groups stay small, between 6 and 10 people, so everyone gets attention and leaves happy.
 

COURSES AND EVENTS

You turn recycled Berlin leather into your own handmade jewellery. I guide you through every step. You'll also pick up basic metal wirework to keep creating at home. Everything is provided.

The material has a story. The skills stay with you. And there's something special about making something alongside people with completely different tastes. Everyone leaves with a piece that is entirely their own.

A great experience to give yourself. A great gift too.

TEAM EVENTS AND PRIVATE EVENTS

I offer private sessions for birthdays, hen parties, team events, and group gatherings. We can use one of my regular Berlin venues, or I come to you with everything needed.

Working with a material that already has a life behind it gives groups a natural sense of purpose. Conversation flows. People inspire each other. It works just as well for people who've never met as for teams who work together every day.

Groups of 6 to 10. Always intimate.
