Get to know Ben Perry Kochschule
Benjamin Perry has been cooking for almost his entire life. Ten years in star gastronomy have shaped him, before and after that many other stations, projects, people and experiences. This was followed by the chef and studied as a “state-certified restaurateur” at the Heidelberg Hotel Management School. He co-developed the successful concept of the “cook house” and passed on his knowledge in cooking shows and workshops.
And now, a few years and four children later, he is breaking new ground — as a culinary consultant, cookbook and textbook author, herb gardener and as a chef in his own cooking school. In his start-up, he sells the delicious salad dressings that his children love so much and in the association “Essen macht Schule e.V.” he advises schools and colleagues. Working with regional products and suppliers, returning to old traditions and treating nature and its treasures with respect is very important to him.
